We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If, however, you are not satisfied with an item, returns are simple.  We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. NO exchanges are possible, however.  

Please Note:  Since some of our products are handmade, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is what makes them uniquely yours and beautiful. 

To start a return, please send an email to and we will provide an address to mail your return.  The following conditions apply:

  • Items MUST be returned within 30 days of delivery 
  • No exchanges are permitted
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and not altered in any way in order to be accepted for return, with original hangtags and packaging attached  
  • Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price minus any discounts when accompanied by proof of purchase (packing slip) from Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable by the carrier
  • All purchases marked “FINAL SALE” will not be accepted for return
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return. We suggest you track your package as we cannot do so. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries
  • Once we receive the returned item, please allow 7-10 days for it to be verified and processed by our returns department, before a refund is issued
  • Once we begin shipping outside of the United States, instructions for making a return will vary depending on your country of residence and orders placed outside of the United States may require additional processing time

If there is a problem with a product or an error on your order, email and we will assist you. If you’ve received the wrong or a damaged item, we will take care of the return shipping and, if available, ship a replacement at no additional charge to you.


Please include a copy of the packing slip with item(s) you are returning. Send the items in the original packaging whenever possible (or a different packaging, as long as it’s unmarked and appropriately sized / protected). We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking as Alia Jaffrey LLC is not responsible for lost shipments.
